In order to open an account for real trading via Pro Dealing Centre 4, you have to fill in and sign the following documents:

• A contract for foreign currency trading against a guarantee amount provided
• Appendix 1: Basic Terms and Concepts
• Appendix 2: Trading Terms and Conditions
• Appendix 3: Tariff on Charges and Commission fees
• Appendix 4: Client Information
• Appendix 5: A declaration under Art.4 and Art.5, Par.2 of the Rules for the Application of the Money Laundry Prevention Act
• Appendix 6: Terms and Conditions for the Submission of Orders by Phone
• Appendix 7: Risk and Responsibilities

For the signing of the contract, clients must provide the following identification documents:

For natural persons:

• an ID card.

For legal entities:

• Originals or notarized copies of the following documents: A certificate for current court registration of the respective legal entity, issued within the last six months prior to its presentation to FBH LOGOS-TM JSC;
• A court decision for the registration of the legal entity. Copies of the following documents, bearing a stamp saying, "A true copy of the original": Registration under BULSTAT;
• Tax registration of the legal entity;
• The constitutive act of the respective legal entity, demonstrating that the respective legal representative is entitled to obligate the legal entity with regard to the contract and in the respective amount;
• The licenses of the legal entity for the performance of a specific activity, if any;
• The ID card of the legal representative of the client - legal entity.
