The company was licensed as a non-banking financial institution by Decision № 293/14.10.1993 under the then effective Act on Banks and Credit Facilities, and re-registered by Decision №049/31.03.2000 of the Bulgarian National Bank, to conduct transactions in foreign currencies – both electronically and in cash.
The core capital of the company is 1 500 000 leva.
